Individual Sessions
My therapeutic philosophy places you at the center of the process. I firmly believe in fostering a relationship free from conditions where we can collaborate to create meaningful and personalized therapeutic change.
In each individual session, I aim to take a holistic, integrative, and person-centred approach, viewing our work through the lens of our autonomic nervous systems. I tailor each therapeutic process to your unique strengths and needs, drawing from various evidence-based approaches such as Internal Family Systems, EMDR, somatic-based work, narrative therapy, and mindfulness.
Above all, I understand that true progress happens when you feel safe, supported, and valued as the expert of your own story. Your healing journey is a path we'll walk together, and I am honoured to accompany you every step of the way.

Relational Sessions
In relational therapy, we’re not just here to talk about the surface-level stuff or focus on fixing problems. It’s about nurturing what’s at the core: your connection. I think of the relationship itself as the client, like this living thing that needs our attention and care. We get to slow down and take a closer look at what’s really going on—beyond the arguments, beyond the tension. What are the patterns? What’s being left unsaid? What are you carrying that might be hard to express? We’ll explore all that, together, with curiosity and openness.
Every relationship has its own story. No two are the same, whether it’s a partnership, a family system, or something in between. My approach aims to honour your specific dynamic. It’s about peeling back the layers and finding out where things got tangled up, where connection slipped through the cracks. Sometimes, it’s about noticing the little ways you’ve been missing each other and slowly finding your way back.
And just the fact that you’re considering therapy together? Let’s take a moment to acknowledge that. It’s a sign that you both care enough to want something different, to want to turn towards each other instead of pulling away. That’s a beautiful step, and it opens the door to something new—whatever that might look like for your relationship. We’ll work together to explore, untangle, and see what kind of connection you can rediscover or maybe even reshape along the way.
