Through a polyvagal-informed perspective, I have cultivated a deep understanding of a holistic, integrative, and person-centred approach to therapy. My practice embraces theories such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems, narrative therapy, and mindfulness. Together with my clients, I aim to co-create personalized therapeutic pathways.

Outside of the therapy room, life flows a little differently. I’m a mom of two young ones, and more often than not, you’ll find us outside, soaking up whatever nature offers, whether that’s the quiet calm of a morning breeze or the adventure that comes with a family camping trip. There’s something about those simple moments—connecting with the earth, chasing sunlight, and watching my kids experience the world—that fills me up. And when I’m not out there, I’m probably in the kitchen, trying out a new recipe, or somewhere lost in a playlist, travelling through music, or finding that grounded stillness with some slow, intentional movement. Yoga tends to be my go-to, where I can slow down, reconnect, and find a bit of peace in the stretch of the everyday.

I am pleased to share that I am now opening my practice to both individual and relational clients.

I would be honoured to support you on your path to healing.

Your journey towards wellness begins here.

A Trauma-Informed Approach

I invite you to explore EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy with me—a powerful tool for healing that works with your body and brain’s natural capacity to process and integrate trauma. Rooted in a deep understanding of how our nervous systems hold onto past experiences,

EMDR helps unlock stuck patterns and opens up space for true transformation. I’ve seen firsthand how this approach can gently guide you toward deeper healing, offering support as you reconnect with your resilience and move forward in your personal growth.

It is within the context of relationship that we discover a profound and deeply intimate connection with our humanity.
