INDIVIDUAL + RELATIONAL THERAPY SERVICES | EMDR
Magic happens when connection + understanding intersect.

HELLO + WELCOME HERE
Michelle Ham, C.C.C.
Psychotherapist | B.H.Ecol, M.A. Counselling Psychology
My therapeutic approach is holistic, integrative, and client-centred, drawing from relational and evidence-informed modalities to support meaningful change. Grounded in Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and Compassionate Inquiry, I aim to co-create a space that fosters safety, attunement, and deep self-understanding.
Therapy is not about fixing—it’s about cultivating awareness, building internal trust, and resourcing our nervous systems for sustainable transformation. With a foundation of nonjudgment, curiosity, and relational depth, our work together will honour both the protective strategies that have helped you survive and the emerging parts of you that are ready to thrive.

WORKING TOGETHER
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Family Social Sciences and a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, complemented by over a decade of experience in the field of social work, I have had the privilege of working with children, youth, adults, and families across diverse settings. My professional background has deepened my capacity to hold space for complex experiences, integrating trauma-informed and relational approaches to support meaningful and embodied healing.
My passion lies in creating safe and inclusive spaces where every individual feels valued and heard.
Personalized Therapy for Individuals + Couples
Using a holistic and integrative approach, individual therapy sessions are tailored to your unique strengths and needs, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness. Our work will centre on understanding your nervous system patterns, increasing self-awareness, and fostering greater emotional flexibility and resilience.
For couples looking to deepen connection and repair relational patterns, our sessions create a safe, attuned space where both partners feel heard and supported. Grounded in attachment science and nervous system regulation, we move beyond surface conflicts to explore the underlying protective patterns and emotional needs shaping your dynamic—helping you cultivate greater trust, safety, and relational attunement.
